I take customer support and service seriously but phone availability is limited.

I will answer questions and rectify issues for my customers. I stand behind the products I make!

Orders are generally manufactured on-demand.

Orders typically ship within 3-7 days, sometimes less, sometimes a bit longer.

Please be patient! Good things come to those who wait!

 

Orders ship via USPS Ground or Priority Mail or UPS Ground. World-wide shipping available!

 

For Scale Sound Systems speakers and lighting parts,

there are no returns unless the product arrives defective. There are no refunds - only exchanges.

To avoid delay, be sure the speaker system you order fits the locomotive you have. Ask me if you’re in doubt.

Message me to receive return authorization. Do not send products back without my knowledge.

For products not manufactured by Scale Sound Systems, all warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer. Message me first about your issue, as it may be rectified through trouble-shooting, but all warranty service and replacements are handled by the manufacturer of that product.
