These are Rectify Series drop-in speaker systems for Walthers Mainline SW-1 locomotives. TWO VERSIONS:
The WLML-SW1X is for Mainline-branded, pre-sound models. The speaker mounts over the front truck and requires removal of the factory PCB and a hardwire decoder installation. The speaker features hooks to route the truck and speaker wires away from the drive-shaft/flywheel.
The WLML-SW1S is for the 2026+ Mainline-branded dcc-ready/sound-equipped versions. The speaker uses two steps of thin mounting-tape to secure in place of the stock speaker. This speaker produces a smoother, fuller sound over the stock speaker. Be sure you use thin mounting-tape and that the black foam under the headlight is not interfering.
The speakers come fully assembled and tested.
