These are Rectify Series speaker systems for Walthers Proto H10/12-44 locomotives.
 
Two versions are available:
 
The original WLPR-1012-RC1: This is a larger speaker that fits between the front frame members. It requires removal of the stock QSI or Soundtraxx decoder and a decoder installation using a Nix Trainz Decoder Buddy motherboard or a hardwire decoder installation. This speaker has a bigger, fuller, smoother sound.
 
WLPR-H10S-RC1: This is a smaller speaker that mounts to the underside of the stock Soundtraxx PNP decoder and fires down over the front truck. The tank-mounted speaker can be left in place but should be disconnected. This speaker provides a substantial improvement in fulness and clarity over the stock speaker, though not quite as big sounding as the larger WLPR-1012 discussed above.
 
The speakers come fully assembled and tested.
